Missing software

I purchased Komplete 15 Standard on Black Friday last year 2024. I am just now downloading my purchases, long story, hospital stay, etc, etc.. There was a special to buy it early on Black Friday and it included iZotope Neutron 4 as a bonus. It’s not appearing in Native Access 2, even though I’m on macOS Monterey (12) with an Intel Mac, which should be compatible via Rosetta 2. My order number is: xxxxxxxx - My order reference: xxxxxxxx, purchased around late November 2024. Can you confirm if Neutron 4 was part of my bundle and add it to my account or instruct me how i can access it? Thanks -Kelly
