Silent kick at bar 1

I have a kit which doesn't sound the first kick sound any ideas how to fix this?

Try to simply select it and Quantize

it didn't do anything, I've noticed there is a velocity fader under this kick, its set at 127 but its greyed out?

Can’t see it very well in your video. What happens if you try to move it?

if I move it it plays fine, it only doesn't sound at bar 1

if I copy the pattern and start play from bar 3, its fine? but if I play the pattern from bar 1 it still doesn't sound?

ive loaded kit samples 2-16 on bar one and none of them sound?

I've actually noticed that the loop selection in arranger often doesn't select the very beginning of the time line. If you drag the loop selection on the timeline to the left, you may find it'll snap to the proper beginning. By adding that extra bar, you work around the bug. But you can just pop that thing left manually.
