Pro 4 downloaded, suggested my controller Z1 Mk2 need firmware update, when I download the update nothing happens just sits in downloads (Unconfirmed 631376.crdownload) double click and it asks me to choose application!

Where is it meant to update, I'm guessing it can't find what it's looking for, any ideas community?

That sounds like your browser did not finish the download. Sometimes after download you have to press "keep" in the browser, some security stuff.

What browser are you using?

In any case, I would go to "download" page of your browser and see if it's stuck there. In Chrome and Edge on Windows it's Ctrl + J
