CUE / RCA out Traktor Z1 on MAC

Hi all,

I am having issues trying to cue sound out of my headphones whilst having both red and white RCA cables out into a set of desktop monitors at the same time.

It appears that the Z1 does not like having both headphones and RCA cables going at the same time, but could also be the Traktor settings?

I have the Internal Output Monitor set to main 1 and 2 and Output master set to 3 and 4 headphones.

When no RCA cables are plugged to the back of the Z1, this configuration works perfect and has been the same set up since I first started using traktor 15 years ago, however as soon as I plug the RCA cables into the Z1, I lose sound in the headphone cue and does not respond.

The headphones are plugged into the back of the Z1.

I have downloaded the blackhole plug in and also played around with the MAC audio settings but tbh I am not sure what I am doing and have checked a few tutorials out.

Any step by step guidance on how to fix this issue would be much appreciated.

Resolved! Just noticed there is a front headphone socket, i've been plugging it into the back. Leaving this up for anyone else who may have this issue.

The back connection is MASTER OUT, not monitor, for use with speakers that don't use RCA. :)
