traktor pro 4 getting out of default layout

I've had Traktor Pro 4 for a few months. It's been working fine. But all of a sudden I only have a default view. I tried adding them in but there are no folders to bring in. My ducument folder was empty. I was able to download the layouts, but now I can't add anything in the Layer Manager window. I can only add more default layouts. Plus I lost all my music, playlists, cues, etc… in Traktor.
