Characters are not displayed in IZOTOPE products and are garbled.

I'm using MacOS 15.3.1 and installed the trial version of an izotope product, but all the text is garbled. I have a new M4T chip, so what should I do?

Could we get a screenshot please ?
Also then so you have English installed as a second language on your Windows ?
