Arturia sudddenly disappeared from Komplete Kontrol

I know this has been discussed before, but recently my Arturia has disappeared from Komplete Kontrol. I have tried this:

1. Unistalled all Arturia Instruments (V-Collection X) and reinstalled with 3rd party stuff.
2. Uninstalled Komplete Kontrol (removed the folder and the shared folder from my Mac) and installed again from Native Access.
3. Started Komplete Kontrol standalone and made a rescan.
4. The brands Native Instrument, Waves and Avid appears but not my Arturia. I can see the VST3 are found from Arturia in Komplete Kontrol Plugins Manager, but they don’t show up as Brand. However I can access them via the browser and the instrument menu.
5. I use the Kontrol S88 mk3 keyboard, and cannot see the Arturia as a Brand there (of course when it doesn’t appear in Komplete Kontrol).

2 weeks ago I could see the Arturia Brand in Komplete Kontrol. However I could not access the instruments from the keyboard. I had to access them via the Komplete Kontrol software, but it worked.

Any ideas?

@Klausp There is an issue with the latest version of Komplete Kontrol, it has been reported already here:

Deleting the affected product's json file found here and refreshing kk seems to fix it:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\installed_products
MacHD//Users/Shared/Native Instruments/installed_products

Thank you - it did it. For the first time since I got the S88 Mk3 it now works with Arturia directly from the keyboard. I really appreciate your help.
