Super 8 Reaktor Ensemble stuck in demo mode - Apple Silicon

On a new Mac, in Native Access I only have the Reaktor version of Super 8, version 1.0, which is showing as demo mode in NA and Reaktor

I have Komplete 14 Collectors Edition in my account

I also found a "Super 8 for Komplete Bundles" in my list of serials, but Native Access says I'm missing the base product?
