Have you installed Native Access and logged in using the same account details as when you purchased?

If so, you should see Kontakt 8 listed in Native Access. It's assigned to your account when you purchase, you shouldn't need to enter a serial number.

Thx!! There was some error with Native access
Now it comes in and shows Kontakt 8 for installation
