My Z2 is not recognized by NI software anymore.

Recently purchased streaming from Beatport in an attempt to set up my Traktor rig again and now I can not keep the Z2 recognized. It it not even recognized by my laptop anymore.

I had it and the two 1200's in a coffin for about year. Recently decided to get the rig back up and running. It was working find minus a couple mild issues like always having to choose a sound setting before mixing, etc.. but just these past two days I purchased a streaming subscription to Beatport and now the mixer isnt recognized by the laptop or software. I did a upgrade/ download this morning and it worked but right side would not calibrate and now I cant get the mixer to work again.
