I have the machine micro which I’m trying to install on my MacBook Pro 2022 running sequoia 15.3.1 and it is not downloading the installer for me to run the program
Which Mikro model do you have? MK1, MK2 or MK3?
Is it Maschine software that is not installing? Do you at least see it in Native Access (and the download fails) or don’t you even see it there as available?
@Javon It looks like a Maschine Mikro MK1 on your account, what software were you using it with? Maschine 1, Maschine 2?
I am guessing mk1 and no it is not showing in the library. Everything that I show installed isn’t working. I am using the Microsoft 11 pro on my dell. I went to the old dell instead of the Mac thinking that would work but nope still having issues.
this is what I keep getting
no that I somewhat have it the sounds are now sounding distorted. Is there a fix for that?
This is the Maschine 1 software. So you had Maschine 1 software with a Maschine mk1 device, that would have helped to have this info from the start.
Maschine 1 was discontinued years ago, when Maschine 2 was introduced. This means that this software is not officially suported on current Mac systems. It may work but we can't guarantee full functionality.
Maschine 2 was then discontinued last year when Maschine 3 was released. Maschine 3 dropped support for Maschine Mikro MK1 and 2, as you can read here: Ending software support for earlier generations of Maschine
So, we would recommend to find a second hand version of the Maschine 2 software. We don't sell those anymore but you can find it second hand. We have a section on the forum:
I changed it from the Mac to windows pro 11
Well, it's also not officially supported on Windows 11.
So everything is working, except you have sound issues?
