Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS
ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network
Native Access Error: "Please grant permission to NTK Daemon to install dependencies"
Native Access Error Message: "Installation Failed" (Mac)

Is the password being requested for Native Access or your MacOS username/password? The first time you run Native Access it installs some stuff that requires you to enter the user/password for your Mac. Once it's installed completely you'll get the big Native Instruments login banner.

I have exactly the same problem and am getting nowhere. I have used Macs since 1987 and Pro Tools since 2000, but NI stuff is a nightmare to get working. I have found that the NTKDaemon seems to not be installed on my system, for some reason, so maybe that is the problem. I have okayed full access for the Native Access app, and checked in the Activity Monitor that the Native Access helpers are running too. How can I download and install the NTKDaemon? I am on a 2018 Intel MacMini with 32 GB Ram running Ventura1 3.7.1. Thanks

How can I download and install the NTKDaemon?
The page : Native Access Error: "Please grant permission to NTK Daemon to install dependencies" tells how to install the NTKDaemon on your system if you already installed the Native Access, Also see the other links above.
Else then maybe you could provide such basic info as what is your exact OS version and computer type (intel or Apple Silicon) that we may be better able to try to assist ?
