How long does it take to transfer a license?

Please forgive me if my English is strange due to the translation.
The license transfer I applied for a few days ago has not been completed. I have not received an acceptance email. How long should I wait? I would like it to be completed as soon as possible.

    @Hiroto It seems that there is suspicion that your account was hacked. There seems to be an issue with your email rejecting our messages too. I'll get in touch by direct message to tell you how to proceed.

    As a postscript, I've encountered an issue with my email addresses. Although I've updated my email address in my account information, the system still prompts me to use the old address when logging in. Additionally, I've noticed that the NI Community email address remains the old one.

    I'm wondering why these addresses cannot be unified to the new address.

    Could this discrepancy be the reason for the delay in my license transfer?

    Take a look in your account to see if the Transfer ID has been created. Even if the email has gone astray it should show in your account. You can do that here once you're logged in - https://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/license-transfer/my-transfers/

    I've seen a few cases where account emails don't change, so I'd suggest contacting support here so they can take a look - https://bit.ly/n1acc

    Thanks for your comment, Mr. mykejb.This problem bothers me so much that I can't do anything about it. So I check the license transfer screen every few minutes. It seems like things aren't going well yet. As for the e-mail address, if you don't know, I'll give it a try after some time! Thank you anyway!

    Getting Transfer Code may take few hours to few days. In my experience. At least it used be so few years ago. I haven´t transfered a licence since several years back…

    It has been seen previously that the N.I. Support system sends responses to peoples old email addresses that they no longer have access to why people never receive the response.

    As suggested by MykeJB then the solution is to contact N.I. Account Support and have them sort out the problem , it is also N.I. Account Support that generally handles problems with respect to transfer of serials and products.

    In this case I am still going to ask if @Jeremy_NI , could you please give support a tips that there is an email address problem of some sort here ?
