Icons user library Maschine 3

Hi,

Would anyone finally have a solution to this problem in Maschine 3 ?

Knowing that my files are fine in: '/Users/Shared/NI Resources/image'

Everything worked very well in Maschine 2.

    Have you tried the following? Product Pictures are Missing in the Komplete Kontrol / Maschine 2 Browser

    Also make sure that Kontakt and Maschine 3 have full disk access: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

    Thanks, but I had already tried these solutions and it doesn't work.

    I would like to clarify that the icons are not visible only for the user library.

    It worked before but since I switched to version 3.0 everything has disappeared.

    And I can't find anything on the Internet that can solve my problem.

    Check the vendor name in properties, if they have one that needs to be in the path now too

    It worked for me, sometimes it can be very fussy about getting names exact and you can’t have anything that has special characters or even a .com

    I have the same problem. Don’t remember whether I alread tried whether the path matching is case sensitive.

    @Kymeia any experience with case sensitivity on vendor name tags and icon paths?

    I always keep them lower case

    Ok. Whatever I do, it doesn't work for me in Maschine 3.x.

    For example the sample library Analogue Microcosm by Twisted Tools:

    Installation path (on macOS):

    /Users/Shared/Library/Twisted Tools/Analogue Microcosm

    Image path:

    /Users/Shared/NI Resources/image/twisted tools/analogue microcosm

    Image files:

    • analogue microcosm.meta
    • MST_artwork.png
    • MST_logo.png
    • VB_artwork.png
    • VB_logo.png

    meta file content

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="no" ?>

    Everything looks fine, but the artwork doesn't show up.

    For me '/Users/Shared/NI Resources/image/twisted tools/into the darkness tt/VB_artwork.png' results in this:

    and '/Users/Shared/NI Resources/image/cycling74/incidental gesture/VB_artwork.png' results in this:

    Seems the same so it's hard to explain why it is working for some people and not others (although I don't bother with the other files, just the VB_artwork is sufficient to get it in the software browser - I don't have a hardware Maschine)

    Wait! I don’t get the vendor groupings visible in your screenshots anymore and in Maschine 3! All libraries are grouped under Other instead. Like in the screenshot of the OP.

    Um. Something‘s definitely broken.

    Exactly the same for me 😡

    I will try to reinstall version 2, we'll see.

    So, already that this version 3.0 did not bring a lot of change but if in addition it removes what was good!!!

    Would they play it at Apple?

    Maybe your samples haven't got vendor name added? In which case any structure involving a vendor name won't work

    It works for Maschine 2, I just reinstalled it and it works for this version.

    @Kymeia is a Maschine 3.0 screenshot?? ((sorry but even with the traslate, it's not easy to understand everything and i want to be sure because after searching everywhere and not finding anyone who has managed to display the pictures on maschine 3.0, I gave up and I'm waiting for maschine 3.0 to have an update.

    This wont get fixed with an NI update, it is user library, they have never had any interest in users content, just the expansions they sell.
    You will need a 3rd party to develop some app to retag everything.
