How can I change the main email of my account

Ive been trying to change the main email of my account since I will loose the email that Im using now. How can I change it? I tried doing it from account, it says change successful but then when I try to log in again, I need to use still my previous email.

You need to contact NI Support, Account support section, here:

Login (at the bottom of the page), describe your issue with simple terms (i.e. "i want to change my email") and answer few questions (usually with "yes" or "no") in the chat box, and soon someone will contact you through your email.
