S4mk3 keeps crashing

Hey guys i need some help and advice
Recently my s4mk3 started glitching, so I did the usual, reinstall it, make sure the firmware is up to date and its on an ASIO driver, bought a new usb cable, changed the entry point on the laptop usb hub and it worked fine for an hour before crashing 3 times while performing
So i thought my laptop is at fault, so I transferred to a new better laptop, and it was fine for the first 30 min and than the display froze and after 10 min it crashed. Gave it a restart and it happened again.
So my question is do any of you have any similar experience and advice as to what I should do next
Thanks

Are you using an external USB hub?
Or is it plugged directly into the laptop?
Are both laptops good enough to run Traktor? For instance. My $500 Lenovo Yoga barely runs Traktor. I only use it for making playlists and editing. It has froze and crashed many times with Traktor.
Do you have any other soundcards plugged into the laptop besides the S4MK3? I have had crashes when I forgot and left my Steinberg soundcard plugged in. Usually an annoying high pitched buzz and crash. This has only happened when I had 2 soundcards plugged into the laptop.
Please post screenshots of your "Audio" preferences in Traktor so we can see your latency settings. Most the time I have the latency set at least 256 and a 3ms USB buffer in the S4MK3 Asio panel in preferences.
Open your Windows Task Manager and sort by name. Go through and right click then End Task on any Support programs, Print Spooler, Microsoft Gaming programs, any 3rd party applications like Razer or installed extra applications. I check these whenever I go live. I usually get the CPU processing down to less than 10%.
Also it doesn't hurt to leave the Task manager window open. Sometimes leaving Task Manager window open keeps the CPU issues from spiking. I don't know why. My son leaves his open for certain games and using Ableton.
My guess is that an update or something installed or driver issue is causing a cpu issue. The S4MK3 hardware is rarely the actual cause of a crash.
