Why Doesn't Maschine Light Up Anymore?

I hadn't used Maschine in a while. I notice now it doesn't light up, and doesn't appear to be loading sounds at all. What am I doing wrong?

Can you tell us what’s the exact state of your Maschine?

Is it completely not turning on?

Is it turning on but not going after the “Production and Performance System” screens?

Is it connecting to Maschine software but not controlling it?

How is it connected (directly to the computer or through a Hub? Powered, unpowered?

Is it not working on one computer or ALL computers?

In any case, often the “culprit” of a Maschine not being recognized is the fact that NI Agents are not running in the background.

@UncleKipper Did you have any luck with this? You didn't contact support so I imagine that it got fixed?
