Instruments in Demo Mode
Hi All just made the switch from M Mikro MK2 to MK3- and what a S*it show its been nothing is working. Native Access is showing most of my sounds in "DEMO mode" - what ever sounds are downloaded and look good won't even open up. And there is no phone number for tech support. If this doesn't get fixed soon I'm taking this hardware back to the store for $910 CDN one would think that its just plug and play.

Use the latest version of Native Access for your OS
Also always check the Mac users must do checklist :
ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on mac OS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)
Also then do not use Clean My Mac. (CleanMyMac can cause all sorts of issues)
And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network
