Native Access Login Error

I got a new PC and installed Native Access on it. After the install completes I am prompted to log in. And when I do I am rewarded with a message "Unable to log in." and a link to get more information. I followed the steps in the knowledge base (uninstall NA and the daemon, restarted, reinstalled NA, not using a VPN) and it still doesn't work. When I click the link in the knowledge base to contact support, it goes back to the knowledge base. So I'm posting here hoping this is a temporary problem because I'd like to use Komplete on my new machine.
