Smart strip question

A bit of a random question. I've noticed when my maschine + is powered off but plugged in that the farthest right light above the smart strip is dimly lit. It's not pulsing like the power button, just constant. Does this indicate something like a project being loaded into memory? Just curious.

    Memory (RAM) gets wiped when a computer is turned off or restarted, it does not behave as permanent storage does.

    Now why that LED is lit I have no idea to be honest, but it's probably an electrical thing.
