About Claire bundle's

I purchased the Alicias Keys Bundle I already own the first piano and purchased the second at the bundle price, but the system took my payment, but my second keyboard install but shows demo inside my Native Access Is this a normal for this to happen, just went through this with Claire Avant piano and it took overnight for the system to fix itself, This purchased was December 2024 and as of 2/16/2025 it is still hasn't change or fixed it self..

You might have bought the wrong bundle. You can buy the bundle if you own Noire as a separate product or if you own it as part of Komplete 15. If you own a previous version of Komplete this will not work. Please get in touch with our support if clarification is needed:  https://bit.ly/n1orders

Try the following Trouble shooter here : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and XML of the Demo product) then restart computer and log in again to see if that helps.
