Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS
Have you done all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software ? :
ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : Howto Enable Full Disk Access on mac OS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)
Also then do not use Clean My Mac.
And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network
Else then Pro Tools use AAX plug-ins so make sure that you have AAX installed , also (and sorry I don't have Mac and have no way of checking anything) then sometimes then problem is that the AAX is not installed into the correct folder so you should check to see where the AAX plugin is installed and make sure that it is where it is expected to be ,
Pro Tools I think expects AAX to be in Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins
But apparently then sometimes people have the plugins at e.g. :
Mac HD >Library > Audio > Plug-Ins > Components
MacHD >Applications > Plug-Ins
Anyway , check where you have the Kontakt AAX installed and then eventually try try copy it to another location where you have AAX if you have that
Else try resetting Pro Tools
