missing products
hello i am having an issue finding my products in native access. when i go to repair or find it i pick the folder that i can clearly see has the nicnt file however it still does not locate the patch, ive tried alot of tutorials but no mention of this specific problem, ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling product as well as restarting all programs and my computer but still no solution please help thanks!

Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS
Also then try running N.A. as an Administrator.
Also make sure that you got full access to the location of the library , e.g. by using Take Own and take ownership of the whole folder where the library is.
Else then have you followed the Teletone Audio Instrument Installation Guide ?
Specifically Step 11 : Once you have found that folder click “Open”. Make sure you select the parent folder. Not the ‘instruments’ or ‘samples’ folder.
Else then you might have to contact Teletone Audio customer support
Or alternatively then you can contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .

We need information on your Brand and Model of your computer, macOS or Windows with their version number, Native Instruments hardware (if any), Native Access version number, capacity of your internal and external storage (if any), and the names of Native Instruments products that you have installed but are now missing.

My apologies! thanks for getting back to me, my computer is the acer nitro 5, im on windows 11 with an intel core i5 processor. i have native access 2 and the kontakt library im missing is called Vespertone by teletone audio. let me know what additional info you need thanks
