Komplete Kontrol plugin not available in Maschine software

Unfortunately Komplete Kontrol is not available in my Maschine software. It is not displayed under Plug Ins. A rescan of the VST or VST3 folder was unsuccessful even though the corresponding file is in the folder (see screenshot). I have already carried out updates and reinstallations. All to no avail so far! What can I do? I would be very grateful for advice. Perhaps someone knows the problem?

    It's not meant to be I'm afraid - I guess too much risk of clashing hardware interfaces

    its not supported in maschine

    But I found a way to use it , copy the plugin to your user folder and change the name , rescan and it should show up , but remember it’s not officially supported so any problems are on you
