Problem to load some Battery samples

Hi Guys

I did buy a new external SSD and did reinstall all my Komplete 15 through Native Access now when i Like to load a Drums Samples in Battery i get an error telling me that the file could Not be found in its original Location some Drums samples re loaded without problem but by many i still get that error Message . I did choose my new External SSD on native Access as content Location .

Hey there, what's your operating system? What version of Battery is it?

What's the format of your external hard drive?

Battery 4.3.1

SSD external EXFat

Well, I think we know now the source of the issue. On Mac, it should be APFS, as explained in this article: Notes on Hard Drive Formats on Mac Computers

Unfortunately yes, or if you have another drive or space where you can copy the files temporarily and then copy the files and use the locate function in Native Access once the drive is formatted and the files copied back there.
