Just bought S2/Mk3, NO TRAKTOR 4

Website states new controller comes with Traktor 4.0 However when I registered it only allows Traktor 3.0 for download. I will say thou that I ordered thru Amazon as for some reason was unable to order directly from NI. In my mind, new is new doesn't matter where you buy. Any chance of getting Traktor 4 without paying for the upgrade?

So, for some reason my browser was not opening the chat box, now it does, so issue resolved at least for now, until Supports answers my questions.

I tried finding a link, but all support I see is Community, no direct link to support from NI directly
