Unable to Install Aurora, Plasma, and Cascadia in Native Access (Location Preferences Error)

Hello, I am having issues installing Aurora, Plasma, and Cascadia through Native Access. Every time I try, I get the error:
"Installation failed: Review your location preferences."

What I’ve tried so far:

✔ I set all installation locations to their default paths:

  • Download Location: C:\Users\Public\Downloads
  • Application Location: C:\Program Files\Native Instruments
  • Content Location: C:\Users\Public\Documents

✔ I installed other products from Music Production Suite Pro successfully, like Neutron 5, Ozone 11, and VocalSynth 2.
✔ I tried running Native Access as administrator.
✔ I uninstalled and reinstalled Native Access.
✔ I checked my account, and I am subscribed to Music Production Suite Pro, so I should have access to these plugins.

💡 Important:
I was able to download the demo versions of Aurora, Plasma, and Cascadia from iZotope Product Portal, but Native Access does not recognize them as part of my subscription.

Has anyone else had this issue? How can I fix it?
Thanks in advance for your help!

I'm having the same exact issue. I'd love to hear if anyone has a solution for this!

You realize those aren't virtual instruments right? Those are effects processors and are generally applied as such in your DAW. I have the same ones and several others listed in Native Access, but I don't retrieve them for Kontakt or Komplete Kontrol. In my DAW (Ableton) they're listed under a separate plugin category in my DAW of iZotope and stored in different locations just like those from Spitfire Audio and several others which I apply AFTER the Kontakt or Komplete Kontrol plugin in my DAW's signal chain. All of that was handled when I installed them based on my configuration in my DAW.

I'd suggest you touch base with iZotope support so they can walk you through where those things are supposed to be configured for your DAW.

DunedinDragon, Neutron 5, for example, is also an FX processor. So in this case, eusebiu and I are both able to install some FX processors but not others while maintaining the default windows installation pathways.
