Komplete Kontrol does not open the plug-in interface.

When I open KK, the plug-in interface does not open. I tried to double-click the Massive X icon, and nothing. Take a look at this screenshot. What is wrong? This happens with every track of KK. Everything is up to date, KK and Massive X.
any suggestions?
