Recreating Chroma Console on Maschine using Guitar Rig 7

hello!

I'm on a quest to try to recreate a "virtual" Chroma Console in Maschine using Guitat Rig 7 and all its amazing components

I've already made a custom GR7 preset and made a quick sketch consisting in

1 - Drumkit

2- Synth #1

3- Synth #2

n order to be a send FX (so that the delay-rev tails continue when performing) I've already setup the group with a Sound containing the GR7 "Chroma Console" unit and this is the only question I have:

Is it possible to

  • create a macro for Synth #1 Dry/Wet
  • create a macro for Synth #2 Dry/wet

Both must be in the GR7 Group so that I have quick access to both?

Ot if you have any other idea on how to set this up that doesn't involve any menu diving.

Not even sure if this is possible but I give it a try XD

I was testing some solutions earlier in the afternoon, but didn’t get to a perfect solution (the problem is having the macros in the GR Group.

One thing I can already suggest (before eventually making more tests in the future) is that for those needs I would in any case use Aux, so that the Aux sends can manage the various Synths Groups with the same GR instance (otherwise you would probably have to use more than one).

The problems I encountered: Macros can be set to control Aux sends levels (which is not in any case a dry/wet), but they are in the synths Groups. At the moment I didn’t find a way to link those Macros to Macros in GR Group (if not using an external midi controller that send a knob midi to both the macros on synths Groups and GR Group… but that would defeat the purpose of even having the macros in GR Group) . But I must admit that my mind was not so “fresh” when I tried various solutions
