Upgrade to Traktor Pro 4 - low input, poor calibration on timecoded vinyl. Help!

Recently upgraded Traktor Pro 2 scratch to Pro 4 run through Audio 10. No changes to my setup during upgrade. Just ran it and then went straight in to have a mix. Now having 2 issues:
- Low input error on one deck, poor calibration. Replaced stylus and still causing skipping and making it impossible to use.
- Mixer filter won't turn on. Just displays FX drop-down options when I click on it
Laptop spec:
CPU Processor - Intel® i5-7300HQ Turbo speed @ 3.50 GHz Quad-core
RAM Memory - 16GB DDR4
SYSTEM - Windows 11 Home 64-bit
Do I need to make any other changes/installs when upgrading from Pro 2 to Pro 4?
Or do anything for timecode vinyl?
Any suggestions would be massively appreciated.
Cheers
Ollie

I mean this settings tool, here you should set the inputs A and D to phono and through to off, best you set it as startup setting so the interface starts always with the correct setting.

Updated drivers for Audio 10 now. Poor calibration, tiny circle. Low input still an issue.
Worked out the mixer FX problem. Clicked enable filter/mixer FX in External Mixer Mode in the Mixer page of Preferences.
Forgot to say I've purchased new Traktor mk2 vinyl since issue started but didn't resolve it.

Hello,
do you see the phono indicator on top of the interface lighted up on the interface for the inputs you use with the TT?

No, input light is off. I've routed the turntable into different input ports but the light is still not turning on.
Thanks Uwe303. What do you think is causing the issue?

I don't own that interface myself, and if the phono light is visible (you literally see phono written) and the TT are connected correctly it should work. Have you checked the audio 10 settings tool, and all setting on there?

Should work, but it isn't. Phono light is on - audio settings are correct. Input light is off. Tried various ports to connect the turntable.
Replaced dvs vinyl and stylus as I've tried to troubleshoot as well but issue still not resolved.
I wander whether it's the cartridge or possibly the RCA leads from the turntable? Strange though as ll I've done is upgrade Traktor

Do you have two turntables, and both behave the same, then I don't think both have an issue. Can you open the settings tool for the interface, and if the input light is off, I'd then the through led on, that would be definitely wrong as far as I know. Through is for passing the signal from the inputs to the outputs to connect it to a mixer for example. So in and out led must be on.
