I just want to login to Native Access to update

in Native Access

I don't know why I can't use the same password as the website.

Anyway I can't access Native Access.

Plus there is nowhere to click reset password.

I'm fed up going round in circles.

As you can see there is nowhere to reset password.

    I believe it wants your system/OS/computer login details, not your NI account.

    It's trying to install stuff and needs permission from your OS.
