Traktor 4 pro is freezing while using Beatport streaming. Anyone encountered this? Is there a fix?

Can anyone help me with this? I thought I'm doing a good thing subscribing for streaming but it seems trash. Is it NI or Beatport?

    I use it all the time - no issues at my side.

    What do you mean by freezing?

    What does your full setup looks like?

    What latency settings do you have set?

    The traktor pro software is freezing, the cursor becomes a coloured circle and you can’t do anything, you can’t press anything anymore…the only way to get out of it is to force quit. That is obviously bad.

    I’m using a Macbook pro with Intel processor and an Traktor S4 MK3.

    i need to check the latency. What latency settings do you have set?

    And offline tracks are working?

    No, if you have tracks playing it will keep playing until the end, the track doesn’t stop. But you can’t select anything else, choose anything, stop anything, you can’t control anything. The software stops responding completely while the music is still playing. The only thing you can do is force quit the software.

    Try 512 samples first. That should be a safe zone.

    What happens if you disconnect the S4 and try mixing solely on your computer sound card?

    Does the same happen with your MP3/Wav files?

    Does the Traktor freeze right away or after a period of time playing?

    I’ve tried it both with the S4 and without it and the same outcome, it freezes.

    I just upgraded to pro4 so i haven’t tried it with my own tracks yet, i just wanted to try the streaming. That is why i upgraded and got a subscription. I’ll give it a go with my tracks, did not have any issues in Pro3 with downloaded tracks.

    The only time I had issues with streaming was when trying to load multiple decks at once but that looks like it is fixed now. Maybe check your battery settings and ensure it is not set to save power.
