How to - k2 and the x1

Hello,

I'm new to the whole midi controller dj thing, I've dj in the past with mixers and dj controllers but decided to take a step further and be more creative.

Anywho, how do I use both the k2 and X1 together? how should my mapping be for begginer? what are the outputs I should use for a speaker setting?

I'd really really appreciate any advice, help or anything ya'll like to chip in.

I can recommend my personal mapping for internal mixing.

There are other mappings online but I did not test any of them.

The audio config is pretty basic, just set monitor to channels 3+4 and your master should be set to 1+2.

Yes for now. I'm thinking of getting a used xone96 with the audio interface intregated or just a pioneer 900 used.

for now, I want to learn the ins and outs of boths devices, Specially since I'm directly from rekorbox. what should my mapping be, what videos can I watch where they use both devices together, etc etc.

I really appreciate your help, and went it comes to connections (my k2 gets here this Saturday) I can just plug both in to my laptop and that's it right??

Depending on the OS that you have installed you might need a driver from A&H.
