Komplete 15 Standard | some products missing

Hey wassup, I hope anybody can help me with this…

Today i grabbed Komplete 15 Standard (Update from Komplete 13 Standard) and when i go into Native Acces, there was a lot of plugins missing, here a list of all Plugins I don't got:

Kontakt 8

Guitar Rig 7 Pro

Session Bassist - Upright

Bouquet

Glaze 2

Nacht

Electric Keys - Diamonds

Electric Keys - Phoenix

Scene: Saffron

Conflux

Session Percussionist

All Leap-Expansions

I'm grateful with anybody can help me out because the Self-Help site from Native didn't helped me…

As already suggested by VP then be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS

Also be sure that you are logged into the correct account MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page

Next try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

If the problem persists then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .

My first questions would be - what OS are you using?

More importantly - what version of Native Access. It must be v3.17 (or higher)
