new payment

today i was asked to update my credit card for auto payments. when i filled out the form i couldn't advance past asking for a backup payment method.

i get suspicious when i see this. any ideas?

    Hey @joeypinter55 Was it about a subscription? I believe our subscription payment system has changed for Izotope products. Not sure if this is related. The best is to get in touch with our support so they can clear this out: https://bit.ly/n1orders

    Website functionality : Should you have any webpage functionality issues then since functionality or lack of same could be a browser issue then also try another browser with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser ,depending on what you do not usually use)

    The suggested browsers are what I expect will work if having never been installed before on the computer and then used as is with no extensions and all cookies accepted.

    Hi, I'm confused about the corporate changeover. It's usually not a problem. Two days ago, I got an email from NI with typical welcome stuff, but when I tried to look at my account, I couldn't find it. However, it seems to be working fine. Thank you all.
