Ni mashine mk3 & keyboard no display working

I up graded to mashine 3.0 . Now the ni mashine mk3 will not connect and the display screen stop working. On both device komplete 49 a- ni mashine mk3 . Both devices are up to date . I’m Using a powered usb hub . I need help to resolve this issue .

Does the Maschine MK3 work when you use Maschine 2, or does that fail as well? Does the keyboard work with Komplete Control? Do the devices power up correctly when plugged into the computer?

And probably the big question - your profile says you're using Ventura on a Mac. Is that correct, because Maschine 3 requires Monterey or higher according to the requirements page.

Ventura is higher then monterey

it shows its powers up but doesn’t connect and the screens are black

Have you tried different USB cables, and also plugging in without the hub?

yes both - new cable and powered usb hub

Wait at least till tomorrow (support doesn’t work on saturdays and sundays). If after some more days you get no answer, contact them again.

About the screens: are they completely off or they at least display some logos or “Production & performance system”?
