Installing Komplete 14 Standard
hi,
i have an upgrade to Komplete 11 Select that will take me to Komplete 14 Standard, but there's so many free apps in the native access application that i don't know what belongs to Komplete 14 and what's just junk i can ignore.
seems mad to me that i can't instruct the Native Access program to find and download only those files related to Komplete 14.
i have to look up independently on some third party website what files are included and find them one by one. so i have to ask, why is there not just some feature of the NA program that can allow me to find what i'm looking for directly?
using the search field and typing Komplete 14 doesn't work, or it does but also gives me a bunch of stuff that i didn't buy and don't want. and the "new" column that you used to be able to use to organise newly added products has disappeared.
how is anyone supposed to know what to download without checking some third party list, which itself has some files with different names to those in the library?
hopefully i'm just missing something mind-bendingly obvious. point it out to me if you can.
cheers

Use the N.I. first party support site : What Types of Products Are Included in Komplete 14?

Sorry , as far as I know then no such feature exists nor is it planned. You can try contacting N.I. NativeAccess and Installation Support and ask for the feature though I don't think that it will help. I will also edit your post and add the Feature Request tag.

appreciate your reply, thank you.
it's just profoundly odd to me that the moment you add the product to your library the various parts of it are scattered to the winds, hidden throughout a library of other unwanted, unpurchased goods. it's like you're being made to play Where's Wally
anyway thanks again1

You are very welcome.
And you can add some free stuff , you can not hide that either , but you are right , there ought to have been a 'hide product' feature in Native Access.
