Missing products in Native Access on Mac OS M4 (Sequoia)

Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble with Native Access on my Mac running an M4 processor with Sequoia OS. For some reason, i can't see my products listed in Native Access, even though i've purchased and registered them.

I've tried the following:

  • Reinstalling Native Access
  • Logging in and out of my account
  • Verifying my internet connection

None of these steps have worked so far. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Could it be compatibility-related, or am i missing a step?

    What version of NA?

    Have you actually logged into your NI Account (via a web browser) on the NI website to confirm you can get in and see your products?

    Because what you see in NA is simply a mirror of your actual NI account.
