Joshua Bell Violin - invalid Path
Hello
I originally downloaded Joshua Bell Violin using the Third Party instructions and it was working fine but since it was running on an external hard drive that wasn't the best in terms of performance, I decided to upgrade and bought another hard drive.
I installed Kontakt 8 then Joshua Bell Violin was already on my native access account and I can't locate the library. I tried to manually move everything from my old hard drive to the new one. I'm now getting a repair message. I tried researching the internet but I failed to understand how to fix it. Hoping the community here would support me. Thank you

Assuming you have the Embertone Joshua Bell Violin, it looks like you need to download the Kontakt instrument using a downloader called Continuata Conduct which you can find here - https://continuata.com/download-app
I don't have the product so I can't test anything to help, but if it's like similar products you need to download and install it then put the installation path into Native Access so Kontakt can find it. If you have problems downloading it you might find it quicker to open a support ticket on the Embertone site as they'll know more about downloading and installing.

As the JB Violin is a Kontakt library, did you copy the library files from your old disk to the new one? If you did you need to click on the "choose location" message the find where you moved the library to on your new disk. If you can't find the files you'll probably need to download them again then start Native Access and choose the new location. The current path shown in your screen grab is for the plugins, not the libraries.

Hi - Thank you so much for your support. For some reason I'm unable to copy the library files, it's giving me an error that I'm not allowed to. Do you mean I have to download Kontakt again? I did that already and nothing changed
Whenever I tried to update the location and it is still giving me an invalid path error

You don't need to install Kontakt again as that appears to be working ok. I'd suggest downloading the JBV library again and installing it onto your new disk. Once you have it installed in a known location you can browse to that in the "relocate" dialog.

Thank you so much for your reply. I'm unable to reinstall JBV again. There is no way of doing this. I'm only given the option to locate but not to uninstall.
I tried to uninstall it manually using the steps I read in an article here - but I haven't found any JBV files on my hard disk.
any idea what's going on?
