Traktor Z1 MK2 & X1 MK3 not being seen in Traktor 4 Pro after iusing my old Z2?

Last weekend I used my laptop with my old Z2 for the first time in ages to play some vinyl but I've just come back into my front room setup with my X1 MK3 & Z1 MK2 and now Traktor 4 Pro isnt evening seeing them! There was no problem until I used the Z2 last weekend.

They are not in the list for Audio Setup anymore. Anyone got some suggestions? Am I doing something wrong? Could really do with some help as I wanted to carry on with a mix I started.

    Is this on windows?

    I think there are some trouble with the driver at times on the new z1mk2. Try installing the asio driver again.

    Yeah it's Windows 11.

    The X1 Mk3 Is only a controller though. Would you mind sending some screenshots of your Audio settings and NI drivers?

    Note that Z2 audio interface will gray out ther volume/mix controls for the master and monitor knobs.

    Have you tried installing the z1mk2 asio driver again?

    Yup, it seems that Z1 Mk2 ASIO is not installed. The drivers screenshot is still missing though.

    The ASIO driver doesn't automatically install for the Z1Mk2. Is it possible you were using WASAPI before? The WASAPI driver hasn't worked since the last update.
