Maschine MK3 - REMOVE REGISTRATION

How do I get this done. I just bought the unit from a guy and he is not available to give me the token. I have not been able to use the unit for 10 days because NI support doesn't exist. How can I get in touch with someone to register my Machine, so I can use it. Thanks

Where is the link to contact support directly , so they can register my second hand unit?! The only support I see are these forums.
