kontakt libraries and samples not loading, no matter what

hi all, i recently saved up and was excited to purchase and use komplete and since getting it i have had nothing but issues in using it. it was working for a time, however i decided to migrate it to an ssd and kontakt can, no matter what i do, find the samples associated or even load the library. there are no youtube videos ive been able to find to help with my specific issue, and NI support is just an ai bot - and my support ticket isn’t getting responded to. my file paths seems to all be correct and are linked in native access correctly (nothing says repair on it) but in kontakt only like 2-3 random libraries will load and when i close out of kontakt and reopen it will sometimes have those libraries, and sometimes not. i have no idea whats going on with it. everything was loaded fine and batch resave shows the instruments saving and saying “ok” after finding them but even after that nothing works still.

Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS

Also then you ought to do all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software :

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)

Also then do not use Clean My Mac. (if having used CleanMyMac then you might have to reinstall the problem products)

And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network

When you have done the above then because Kontakt gets some of it's information from N.A. then do the following in that order :

try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

Then reinitialize the KONTAKT Database
