Problem with sync inMusic

Hi!
I'm trying to synchronize my "MPC X SE" with Native Instruments but, unfortunately, when I go to enter the serial codes it doesn't work. I noticed that the code inMusic asks me for is 30 digits and, instead, the one I find on my Native Instruments account has only 25 digits.

Can you help me?

Ps. I have a "360 essentials" subscription

What product exactly did you buy? Did buy one of the new "made for MPC" expansions/instruments?

You can't use any of the software from 360 Essentials in the MPC X SE standalone.

OK! So, do I have to buy again?

I don't know, because you've not answered my questions.

Because, I thought it was understood that I have the "360 essentials" package with all the plugins.

    Sorry

That's the only thing you have? OK.

I wanted to check to see if you'd actually purchased any of the new MPC Edition stuff, because those are the only things that work on standalone MPCs. The rest of the NI products won't.

You may be able to use the 360 sub plugins in the MPC desktop software - but bear in mind that it doesn't support VST3 yet.
