Has anyone encountered a black screen issue when opening Native Instruments software like KONTAKT

Hi Everyone,

Iam facing a black screen whenever I try to launch Native Instruments software on my computer.

The app seems to start, but the screen remains blank, and I cannot access the interface. I have tried updating my drivers, reinstalling the software, and restarting my system, but the issue persists.

If anyone has experienced this or knows any troubleshooting steps, I would greatly appreciate your advice. Thanks in advance!

    Are you on a Mac or a PC? If it's a PC run the dxdiag program and check that you have DX11_1 support as that's required for the latest versions of NI software. Is it all NI apps? Are you running them standalone or in a DAW?
