Can't Reactivate

I forgot to change my credit card to a different one so my payment lapsed. I keep trying to reactivate but no matter how many times I press that button it won't reactivate. I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything. Triple checked my payment, but nothing happens. Not only that but the payment is pending in my bank. So, I am so confused.

Since functionality or lack of same could be a browser issue then also try another browser with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser , depending on what you do not usually use)

I have already tried different browsers. The fact remains that they pulled the money already once and my account is not activated. Also I did contact them before coming here and still no word.

You left out that bit since "Not only that but the payment is pending in my bank." you reported earlier is not the same as that , "payment pending" could just mean that the amount is reserved but does not necessarily mean mean the amount will be drawn. I myself have experienced having amounts reserved more times without the money being drawn.
Anyway it's good that you have contacted N.I. Account Support already then since in a case like that then they are the only ones that can help you sort it out.

Yes, but if the money is "pending" it's reserved for payment for a product I am not able to use. That money is considered gone from my bank as it is subtracted from my total amount. If the 15 dollars was all I had in my bank, for all intents and purposes it is absolutely gone as it is not accounted for in my total amount. I know how banks work. When it is subtracted already and I cannot use it, it is, in fact, gone. Support was contacted two days and no word. So thank you for the educational paragraph on how banks works.

Sorry , I didn't mean to be 'educational'. And yes the money is not available even if just reserved.
Most likely then Support will get back to you shortly so that you can get to use your product already paid for.
The only thing I can do for you is to ask @Jeremy_NI , could you please make sure that Autum's problem is taken care of ? (Jeremy_NI will hopefully return here Wednesday).
