M+ switch groups using midi program change?

Does your e-drum allow to have different MIDI note assignments for each program?
If yes, you could probably set up the Groups to all receive on the same MIDI channel but start at a different MIDI note, separating them by octaves. For example: Group A starts at C1, Group B at C2, Group C at C3.
Your e-drum would have to be set up to send MIDI notes from C1 for Kit 01, C2 for Kit 02, or even use any combination of notes from several Groups.
I haven’t tested this but it is possible when using Maschine as plugin in a DAW and it should work for standalone as well, in theory.

No, not an option in Maschine generally.
If you're asking specifically for recording then Maschine will autofocus whatever Group is receiving MIDI when record is enabled, for other purposes I am not aware of any workaround.

Doesn't look like it, but if it really cannot be done, perhaps this is a nice suggestion to submit to the devs. ;)

Here is a good use case where this might come handy, if you connect any e-drums via midi when you switch between kits most e-drums send program change msg so different groups on m+ can be mapped to different kits for sound expansion and live performance this would be game changer. Combining this along with round robin, drummers can get realistic sounds, this has been a dream of mine for years now. Initially I was thinking to use mk3 + laptop connected to drums via midi but since I recently got m+ was like this is even better since I don’t need to even bother about carrying laptop. Hope NI can implement this soon 🤞.

In case you didn’t find it yet:
Channel > Group > Input > Routing > Manual

Thank you @ozon , I used your method in combination with lock states, so it turns out I can switch between lock states using program change, so I ended up setting it as, every lock state has only one group soloed, so every time there is a program change it picks a new lock state which solos a specific group. This way I can keep the same midi mapping for all the groups, its just that the groups are soloed accordingly.😀

Oohh... That's a pretty smart workaround
