Cremona Quartet ensemble discount not working in store

I got an email saying I qualify for the discount on the new Cremona Ensemble library (I own CE14) but when logged in the store says I don't qualify.

    I have the same issue, I have all of the Cremona quartet instruments, but it does not give me the option of getting the ensemble alone. What do I need to do? I have Komplete 15 Standard

    Same Here. I own all the standalone Cremona instruments but cannot find an upgrade to the ensemble.

    Just a heads' up here…since Cremona is (was? Still is?) part of the sales going on, I would recommend that you look at your version of Native Access.

    I just got an update notification in NA just moments ago. I applied it, and according to "Help/About", it's at version 3.17.0 now.

    I'm raising this because I've heard of people not seeing a library or software item as "available" in NA until they upgrade NA to the most current version. Good luck.
