Are you using latest version of Native Access for your OS else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8here : My Product is Missing in Native Access and then check Library tab Available if Not Installed already

Shame you didn't get more replies to this. I suppose NI's silence says something. I'm guessing this is their way of blocking the poor ****** who bought a second-hand unit from actually using the keyboard's main draw feature. Bravo. I hope you contacted support for a serial reset. That's what I've just done. Seems the only way to use what you've bought.
