Do-able, you think? Is there a modifier "Deck is Playing" that be exploited here???

    Yes, there is. Just check the dropdown menu of one of the two 'modifier condition' slots:

    Well, disappointingly, that mapping will only work if the deck is in internal playing mode. Doesn't work with DVS enabled.
