Hardware Connection Service installation error

Hello, i've got the same problem than another NI user on this community, to know, I can't install Hardware connection service on my Mac OS 10.14.6 with a Native access 3.2.3 version (suitable for the OS I have). Even if i've done eveything that was asked to set full permission on disk for the NI apps. Is there any other solution or should I send this keyboard back to the reseller, be paid back and buy another keyboard from another brand?

Thhe Hardware Connection Service is only necessary for the Kontrol MK3 keyboards. MK3 keyboards require Komplete Kontrol 3xx, so unfortunately not supported on MacOs Mojave.

It doesn't support macOS 10. You need to be on at least macOS 13 or higher.

Thanks a lot Matthew. But I can't update the system because I've got peripherals that need to stay on Mac Os Mojave and I think that the Komplete should have existed before OS 12 or 13, didn't it? So there should be a version of the hardware connection service available at this time…..

Which version of Kontrol S do you have? NI Hardware Connection Service is only needed for MK3.
